**Key Accountabilities/Duties**:

- To check any unsync order between MP vs ODIN and raise tix if there is any discrepancy.
- To ensure all status is updated in MP (RTS, Canceled).
- Point in contact for any Gateway communication.
- Communicating with brand regarding ops stuff (Pick up, Late delivery, stock did not come in).
- To communicate with KAM on any shortage/ excess in ERC.
- Reporting to KAM.
- Inbound report, shortage/ Excess.
- RTV request, DO, Packing list in excel and PDF.
- Defective return with picture and reason or defective.
- Checking on shortage after RTV.
- Return inbound and to check with the order inbound correctly.
- To ensure all token is updated monthly.
- To support SG operations team.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Bachelor/Professional Degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in gateway operations/customer service or client management.
- Experience in the e-Commerce industry is an added advantage.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
