- Architect & design in 2-3 large, complex MSCRM implementations
- Integrate multiple Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service) for multi-geo rollouts
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service
- Hands-on with MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016, and Dynamics 365, including CRM SDK, plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in.NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData query, HTML5
- Experience with MSCRM installation and multi-site deployment

**Additional Skills**:

- Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps preferred)
- AWS experience preferred
- Agile DevOps and SAFe methodology
