**The tasks that await you**
- **Support chartering activities**- Assist in finding suitable vessels for employment.
- **Contract negotiation** - Conduct the finalisation of contract terms and pricing.
- **Market monitoring** - Analyse freight rates, supply and demand trends.
- **Reporting** - Prepare reports on sales, earnings and business performance.
- **Relationship building** - Maintain lasting connections with clients, owners and charterers.
- **Process improvements** - Identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency enhancements.
- **Database management**- Keep customer and chartering databases updated.
- **Client communication** - Ensure stakeholders are informed about chartering activities and fleet updates.

You have a forward-thinking approach to tasks and show enthusiasm for skill development. All while your problem-solving abilities allow you to handle obstacles in a structured and organised way.

Additionally, you hold:

- You could be fresh out of school, but you know of shipping and know what breakbulk and project cargo.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
