Platform Operations Executive

Singapore MARINE ONLINE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**

This position reports directly to the General Manager (Operations). This role is a executive role for platform operations, for Marine Online and related properties. This role will be within a team structure with individual KPIs.

1. Adept in ecommerce platform operations and conduct of activities, with at least 2 years of related experience, preferably B2B at a respectable ecommerce / related service provider.

2. Participated in Platform Operations, feature testing, bug reporting, documentation and creation of training materials.

3. Able to understand business goals and conceptualize relevant process changes to increase efficiency.

4. Able to understand stakeholder needs and report accordingly.

5. Able execute data management plans and enhance internal and external user touchpoints.

**The tasks to be carried out within this role are**:
1. Work as a team to ensure common understanding of platform principles.

2. Monitor products and augment processes to increase efficiency, delivering higher service quality.

3. Develop training materials, delivering trainings to Business Units.

4. Interact with Business Units to uncover and understand Customer and Internal User painpoints, translating them into Change Requests and Enhancements for Product Leadership delivery.

5. Champion platform knowledge and platform analytics, routinely update Business Units on new developments.

**Qualifications**

1. Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution in CS or relevant field or,

2. 2 years of related experience required.

1. Tableau, Looker Studio, Retool, Zendesk, Jira, Project Management and related tools.

2. Knowledge of digital platforms, operations tools and ecosystems.

3. Experience in Platform Operations.

4. Experience in Maritime Industry.

5. Experience in Operations (Tech Industry)
