**Job Description & Requirements**:

- Preparation of sales quotations, proposals and tender bids for internal and external customers.
- Preparation of sales presentation slides.
- Monitor and follow up on bid status and results and sales leads enquiries.
- Builds rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customer’s business and the market via various communication channels.
- Supports customer retention by regular calls to ensure service satisfaction, providing information useful to the customer and introducing additional services to the customer.
- General administrative functions relating to pre-sales activities, customer services, sales quotation & maintenance.
- Co-ordinate with operations department on the booking, pick-up and delivery of cargo.
- Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder or equivalent with minimum 2-5 years working experience in freight forwarding /logistics/semiconductor company and relevant working experience in sales support roles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability i.e. knowledge of pivot tables
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines
- Ability to work effectively, independently and in a Team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Chinese language proficiency is required to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and overseas counterparts
