**Who we are**:
Propine is re-inventing capital markets using blockchain technology. We’ve worked with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), to become the first licensed custodian for digital assets in the world. We are re-imagining the issuance and life cycle management of capital market products like equities, debt, structured products, and funds using blockchain technology, to reduce friction and increasing value accrual for both issuers and investors.

This role requires you to have a ‘do-whatever-it-takes’ mindset and learn to operate just outside the limit of your comfort zone. If this excites you, but also makes you a bit nervous, then you might be the right fit.

In the exciting growing phase of the company, we are looking to have on board an experienced and motivated professional to join our team.

**Job Brief**:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of your team’s product roadmap and manage the end-to-end delivery of new products/ features. You will collaborate with wider teams in engineering, commercial, and of course product colleagues to manage the Product development cycle.

**ey Accountabilities/ Responsibilities**:

- Own the product roadmap for your team, and be responsible for setting priorities, backed up by data and customer feedback
- Support Engineering (Dev, QA), UAT, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Compliance, Document Writer
- Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
- Work closely with software engineers and turn requirements into wireframes, specifications, and user stories
- Work with stakeholders across the business to identify new opportunities and help them understand how technology can better achieve their goals
- Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team
- Outline the plan of achieving product success and maintain/update existing product features.
- Work with internal stakeholders and help teams execute shard vision

**Key Requirements**:

- 7yrs + product management experience, ideally in B2B and within FinTech/ Financial services
- Proven project management and communication skills, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to leadership
- You’ll have experience building solutions for end customers and managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- 3+ years of Product Design/UX design experience
- Analytical skills will also be viewed as a plus, especially in understanding data (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SQL) Visio, ClickUp
- Prior experience using Agile methodologies such as Scrum
