**Role**:
EHS Engineer will be part of the EHS team responsible for ensuring work site complies with all regulatory requirements as well as corporate safety standards in the workplace. The incumbent is expected to conduct effective safety training to employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and ensure compliance with Workplace, Safety and Health and Environmental regulations as well as corporate standards at work site.
- Administer the legal register, highlight new regulations related to business and organize Workplace Safety and Health Committee meetings.
- Maintain EHS records and documentation including ensuring the operability of Safety Documentation System and all EHS portable equipment.
- Assists in EHS promotional activities and work with employees to ensure positive performance of EHS programs.
- Analysis of safety data and develop initiatives to improve EH&S performance.
- Identify training needs, develop appropriate training programs and deliver training to employees.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, MOCs, PHAs, PSSRs, audits; participate in investigations

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in WSH or Degree in Safety, Health and Environmental Management
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- Good understanding of all local safety and environment regulations
- Independent, self-motivated and able to drive initiatives and programs
- Ability to conduct trainings for employees
