Singapore JSL GLOBAL COMMODITIES PTE. LIMITED Full time

i. Assisting and supporting the CEO and/or the Company in evaluation of projects or proposals that require due diligence commensurate with making financial investments and similar activities and/or processes. The role will also involve matters and responsibilities, that may be arise to be evaluated in relation to organic as well as M&A proposals of projects and/or assets, long term offtake arrangements, execution of projects, financing of proposals including for approved already within the organisation. These projects and proposals will involve extensive cross border travel, discussions and interactions with various internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to work on tight timelines and ability to manage and run extensive due diligence would be a key requirement.

ii. Nickel Pig Iron Project: Responsibilities also includes overall monitoring of execution of the project under implementation through a Joint Venture (JV) partner, visiting the project location at Halmahera Island, Indonesia on a regular (if required monthly) basis during the pre and post construction period, liaising with the JV partner along with group executives on various JV matters, identifying opportunities to expand relationship with the JV partner, resolving and providing suitable solutions to commercial issues that may arise in relationship spanning across input sourcing, NPI procurement, other financial and or legal matters through suitable consultation with internal and external resources. This responsibility will require extensive travel to Indonesia including being based at Halmahera Islands for certain number of days or weeks at a stretch.

iii. Any other matter and/or responsibilities that are broadly in line with the nature of activities outlined in i and ii above, that the CEO & Director may assign.
