**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

We are looking for a data-driven, critical thinker, with a passion for digital analytics to join our Marketing team as our region’s Media & Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for orchestrating and managing our media strategies to further boost our brand awareness in South East Asia. He/she will also focus on monitoring web behaviours and implementing digital initiatives to keep IWC at the forefront of innovative and engaging digital presence. The Media & Digital Marketing Manager will also be a key driver of ensuring the successful performance of IWC’s growing e-commerce channel.

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- 5 years of professional experience in media planning and execution, and e-commerce.

Proven success record in media buying an/or social media management, with excellent understanding of digital landscape and social media channels.

Expertise in content creation and media channel management.

Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.

Macro and detail oriented, with problem-solving skills.

Tenacious team player with a positive can-do attitude and be self-motivated.

Able to multi-task and adapt quickly to change priorities in a dynamic environment.

SAP experience advantageous.

Subsequently, you will meet the HRBP and Marketing Director to dive deeper and assess your fit to this role. They will also share potential growth opportunities, should you be successful in this position.

Finally, you will meet with the Maison’s Managing Director for South East Asia.
