As a start-up within an established eco-system, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Sales Executive to support the successful execution of our projects in the digital signage, AV systems, and outdoor media display.
As the Project Sales Executive, you will play a supporting role in planning, overseeing, and successfully completing projects, starting from customer requirements scoping to the installation of the final product.
Job Responsibility
- Oversee and develop relationships with client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement sales action plans to acquire new client accounts, driving business growth.
- Handle sales inquiries and requests, providing prompt and effective responses.
- Conduct sales presentations, perform site surveys, and prepare proposals, quotations, and tender bids.
- Manage pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring smooth project execution.
- Manage and accommodate any changes in project scope, schedule, or budget.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Perform quality checks and controls at various stages of the project
**Requirements**:
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification in Construction or Building Management, Engineering, or a related field. Additional certification in Project Management is advantageous.
- Possess a minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales in project/site experience, preferably in the signage, construction, or building industry
- Experience in Digital Signage, Audio/Visual, or IT solution sales is considered an advantageous qualification for this position.
