Job Summary:
The Moves Team & Asset Management Specialist is responsible for managing and executing IT-related moves, adds, and changes (MAC) within facilities while overseeing asset management tasks.

This role ensures technical equipment is relocated efficiently with mínimal disruption and that all IT assets are properly tracked, managed, and documented throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Moves Team Responsibilities:
Plan and execute IT equipment relocations across office spaces.

Set up and configure workstations, monitors, and peripherals after moves.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless IT setup post-relocation.

Address technical issues arising from relocations.

Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines during moves.
- Asset Management Responsibilities:
Track, document, and manage IT assets during relocations and daily operations.

Oversee inventory updates and equipment lifecycle management.

Ensure proper labeling, storage, and deployment of IT assets.

Perform routine audits of IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records.

Collaborate with hardware and asset management teams for alignment on asset standards and requirements.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in IT support, asset management, or technical relocation projects.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to handle, track, and transport IT equipment securely.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proficiency with IT asset management systems and inventory tools.

Previous experience with IT MAC projects and asset management tasks.

Certifications in hardware or IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+).

Experience with IT asset management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
