Senior Treasury Operations Professional

**Responsibilities**
- Partner with Engineering, TPO and Global Treasury & Security Settlements team members to extract, transform and load new sources of treasury data
- Understand best practices in treasury activities, and ensure treasury functions are in compliance with treasury policies and internal controls
- Manage all banking relationships and understand their product offerings
- Manage all beneficiaries and funding instructions, including internal and external disbursements
- Work closely with various teams to ensure settlement of cash, and liaise with banks if any issues arise
- Using systems to upkeep banking data, and using visualization tools to present meaningful data to monitor treasury activities
- Identify value creation opportunities and regularly participates and contributes to new process developments
- Creation and maintenance of User Access, Bank Accounts, Wire Templates and Contact Management within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
- Perform all wire callbacks for new instructions and for the renewal or retirement of recurring payments
- Involved in implementation of new treasury or bank software and other treasury technology

- Risk mindset - identify operational risks and offer solutions to mitigate through process developments
- Control framework - drive best practice across the function and ensure processes are robust, documented, reviewed periodically and followed
- Technology - embrace technology and identify opportunities where technology can be leveraged to drive efficiency, allows scalability to the platform and to mitigate risk
- Efficiency - find marginal gains which will allow the team to organically increase capacity and allow it to focus on the high value add activities

**Team & Stakeholders**
- Internal teams - cultivate positive working relationships across the KKR business, mainly with Asia Fund Finance and Operation functions and deliver excellence through active collaboration
- Third party stakeholders - establish and maintain working relationships with a range of banks and financial institutions. Focus on ensuring that value is delivered and deadlines are met

**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**

Familiarity with wire instructions and bank account data management
- At least 4 years of experience/exposure in working with treasury-related data
- Knowledge in Treasury Management System is helpful, e.g. Gtreasury, Hazeltree, Kyriba, etc.
- Has experience and strong understanding of Treasury workflows, particularly those related to obtaining and validating bank account information
- Strong IT aptitude, with a demonstrable knowledge of data analysis, reporting and management
- Strong Excel & Tableau skills
- Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or similar is a strong advantage
- Demonstrable experience in driving change and challenging the status quo
