About The Celeb Net

We are a marketing consultancy startup specialized in providing celebrities and influencers to brands for business growth. Our self-service celebrity marketplace platform connects brands and celebrities in an instant, direct, smart and low cost ecosystem for celebrity endorsements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies; Work on digital media campaigns - including paid and organic search;
- Build relationships through Online Media Channels;
- Drive online traffic and leads through SEO, Website analytics, content marketing;
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise various marketing channels.
- Work with stakeholders to formulate and design an existing digital platform.
- Develop and drive effective social media campaigns to reach intended target market for maximum reach and results
- Manage content creation and updates for channels including social media, eDMs and company’s website.
- Review results of campaigns and provide analytics for compilation and sharing on monthly Marketing Communications report
- Establish and nurture strong relationship with celebrities, top influencers in the region to expand celebrity pool.
- Develop partnership with regional leading media company to increase subscriber and gain media coverage.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/Media/advertising/business or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and influencer/KOL business;
- Diverse skills in talent booking, partner management, deal structuring and project management;
- Have an extensive network of industry contacts including but not limited to influencer/KOL, record labels, promoters, brands, artist management, content creators, comedians, etc.;
- Effective influencing skills and the ability to work under pressure with a broad range and level of people;
- Strong analytical, negotiation, written and verbal communications skills;;
- Solid leadership and organizational skills
- Confident, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality;
- Able to work independently to drive multiple time-sensitive, high-priority projects;
- Fluent written and spoken English/Mandarin.
