**Job Description Summary**
**About the Role**:
- To assist Director, Facilities Management in liaising with the site team on operational and technical issue and resolve them.
- To manage project milestone, service level agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of assigned projects within the Group under the Director, Facilities Management
- Engage with relevant parties and authorities to ensure compliance for the assigned projects/
- Engage, Supervise and Manage the main contractors during the work phase
- Implementation and oversight of Quality control measures of assigned projects
- Represent the Director in Monthly Reporting and reporting progress to the Client of assigned projects.
- Perform any related duties as required and directed.
- Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma with Relevant Work Experience
- SIFMA CFME Certification
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate Management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience for Bachelor Degree or 13 years of relevant work experience for Diploma
- Possess strong M&E knowledge
- The ability to manage Hard and Soft FM Services
- Good written and communication skills
- Experienced in staff management/ leading a team
**About You**:
- At least Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical /Building/ Facilities Management from a recognized polytechnic with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
