- **Experience on SSL setup with PKCS7/12 Certs for EMS and routes New EMS instance creations (includes creation of Monitoring unit) Creating destinations, Routes, Bridges.**:

- **Good knowledge on EMS functionality and should be able to guide developer.**:

- **Good troubleshooting skills TIBCO BW: Deployment using GUI and Appmanage command (Backend deployment).**:

- **Configuring fault tolerance and Load balancing. Performance tuning parameters.**:

- **Troubleshooting on deployment issues.**:

- **Configuring hawk alerts.**:

- **Performing DR Test.**:

- **Align with customer’s requirement and expectation.**:

- **Good knowledge in UNIX. Experience working with Vendors on product troubleshooting Must be customer oriented, able to interact with different teams, vendors, and a good team player Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
