We're hiring Preschool Principals and Centre Leaders for various locations across the island.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to meet enrolment goals and handle manpower-related matters (e.g. duty roster, training and development)
- Work within licensing and regulatory requirements Coach and mentor fellow teaching professionals to raise productivity and performance.
- Support the team in planning and implementing curriculum development and delivery, while also overseeing teachers and engaging with parents.
- Lead in organizing and execution of Company's related events

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood (Leadership)
- Certificate in Special Needs or related field will be an added advantage
