IT Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator with expertise in firewalls and VPN networks to manage and maintain our network security infrastructure.
- Install, configure, test, maintain and troubleshoot staff workstation/ laptop hardware, software, etc
- Maintain & monitor office IT Security and Server Security (Windows Platform)
- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Firewall system, LAN and Wireless Network issue
- Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
- Creating user accounts and performing access control
- Inventory Management of software licenses
- Maintaining phone and attendance system with external vendors
- Provide IT and office maintenance support to all staff
- Any other duties as and when directed by the Senior Management and IT Manager

**Requirements**:

- **Singaporeans only (NO quota available for foreign workers)**:

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or any related field

**Must-Have Skill Sets**:
**Technical Skills**:

- Prior knowledge of firewall installation/setup/maintenance
- Hands-on experience with VPN technologies
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- Experience with network monitoring and management tools

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on network security

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical personnel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
