Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure the smooth operation and security of IT systems, databases, networks, and quality assurance processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing operational database services
- Responsible in designing, implementing, documenting, administering and monitoring the databases to ensure the databases run efficiently and securely
- Responsible for database patching;
- Owning, tracking and resolving database related incidents and requests, fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs
- Reviewing service-related reports (e.g: database backups, maintenance, monitoring) on a daily basis to ensure service-related issues are identified and resolved within established SLAs
- Responding to database related alerts and escalations and working with vendors and other parties to come up with strategic solutions to recurring problems
- Establishing and maintaining communication with development team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in software development, IT infrastructure, testing, or project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and project requirements.
