Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate trainer to deliver engaging and practical sessions for our Food Safety and Hygiene courses.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Food Safety and Hygiene courses (e.g., WSQ Food Hygiene Course - Basic Food Hygiene).
- Deliver theory and practical lessons in compliance with SFA and SSG standards.
- Assess participants’ performance and competency during and after the training.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment for all learners.
- Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessments, and feedback.
- Stay updated with current food hygiene regulations, trends, and industry practices.
- Submit reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Certification**: ACTA or ACLP certification (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) - _required_.
- **Qualification**: WSQ Food Hygiene Officer certificate or equivalent - _required_.
- Proven experience delivering Food Hygiene or related training in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore's food safety laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passionate about adult education and skills development.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
