- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Bridge Engineering
- Duly Licensed/Registered Engineer or equivalent
- At least 15 years of total experience
- Eight (8) years of which in BRIDGE SUB-STRUCTURE design and construction.
- Experience in design and construction of MASS CONCRETE STRUCTURE
