**Telecaller - Job Description**

**About HokuApps**

HokuApps is a Rapid Application Development Platform that enables Digital Transformation for global organizations by leveraging new technology. Our Digital Transformation consulting helps companies improve products and services, enhance customer experience, enter new markets, and increase revenues.

**Responsibilities**

1. Have a good understanding of the company's main line of business

2. Initiating sales with potential customer over the phone

3. Asking inquiries to interact with customer and keep the communication going

4. Listening to the customers and answer their queries with regards to the service that HokuApps is offering

5. Gathering and documenting client’s project requirements over the phone

7. Schedule demo calls for the salespeople in HokuApps

8. Meeting the target number of demo calls to be scheduled for the week

9. This is a part-time job

**Key Success Metrics**

1. Meeting the target number of demo calls to be scheduled for the week

2. Ensure that the demo calls scheduled for the week meet BANT requirements (B-Budget, A-Authority, N- Need and T- Timeline)

**Qualifications**

2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills

3. Excellent problems solving skills

4. Ability to self-start and work in a fast-paced team environment and the ability to work independently

5. Social skills, ability to interact with a wide variety of people at different levels of seniority

6. Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers

7. Have patience while speaking to potential customers

8. Good sales ability

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: Up to $10.78 per hour
