It’s an exciting time to be part of IFF, an industry leader in food, beverage, health, biosciences and sensorial experiences, science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world. We are now seeking a motivated and results driven talent to join us as Lab Technician.

This is a Singapore based position and will report to Quality Lead.

**How you will contribute**
- Preparation of reagents, standards, and supplies for tests
- Conduct analytical testing and microbiological testing for process and reporting of test results
- Responsible in contamination control including pursuing possible sources
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting basic lab equipment including pH meters, analytical balances, auto analyzers, HPLC, UV, Gallery Analyzer (enzymatic)
- Perform sampling and environmental monitoring (air and swab tests)
- Equipment calibration, verification testing, and maintenance.
- Provide support to internal customers
- Participating in lab problem solving and troubleshooting
- Participate actively in training process
- Purchase of laboratory chemicals consumables, media etc
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

**Required experience and skills**
- Diploma in Biotechnology / Chemistry / Microbiology with at least 2 years of experience in the laboratory
- Good knowledge on GMP, Lab Hygiene and Laboratory safety
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team players
- Possess high degree of initiative, attention to detail and self-motivation
