**Note**: Recruitment Consultant is a Sales position, we provide recruitment services to our clients in return for placement fees. Consultants are rewarded with high commission with no cap based on their monthly achieved revenue on top of their basic salary.

**Summary**:
⦿ Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme (No commission cap)

**⦿ Potential Annual Income**: $40,000 - $80,000

**⦿ Office Location**: Macpherson (Walking distance from MRT station)
⦿ 5 days Office Hours
⦿ Training will be provided

**Job Scope**:
Meeting monthly sales target and company's revenue objectives
Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities.
Be involved in executive and non-executive search.
Advise Clients and Job seekers on market & employment trends.
Business development which involves managing and developing new and existing clients.
Enhance business relationship with clients and develop strong account management skills.
Working closely with clients to develop recruitment strategies and plans.
Working closely with team members to achieve team goals.

**Requirements**:
No experience required, training will be provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
