**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The Director of Product Strategy will report to the CEO and help grow our expansion throughout North America market. He/She will be working closely with the Sales team and Product team to define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy as well as defining product vision, positioning, pricing, and promotion. The Director, Product Strategy will focus on increasing market awareness and contribute to product and technology strategy.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Coordinate and collaborate with product management, marketing, and commercial teams to develop go-to-market plans that identify opportunities and growth strategies across vertical industries, channels, use cases, and market segments

Lead product strategy and vision for user acquisition, experience and growth, working with PMs and business stakeholders

Responsible for defining product vision, positioning, pricing, and promotion

Work effectively across internal and external stakeholders, including S/VPs of Product in external partner organisations, to deliver on shared objectives and KPIs

Provides market and technology research and competitive analysis to progress our product and technology strategy

Produces project proposals that deliver against clients’ needs

Conducts research audits, knowledge maps, trend assessments, SWOT analyses to define scope and opportunities

Partners with senior leaders and clients to develop a range of marketing growth strategies: customer, consumer, product, touchpoint, channel

Facilitates working sessions to identify questions and hypotheses to ensure our work delivers against our clients’ needs and delivers actionable insights

Maintains and grow client relationships

**Participates in thought leadership initiatives**: blogging, writing papers, conference presentations

Build strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities

Serve as a brand enthusiast for GEVME’s suite of products and solution

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Advanced degree preferred

Track record of high achievement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Understands implications of trends across business & functions

The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment

The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals

Naturally curious and passionate

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

A keenly developed competitive nature

Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, analytical / critical thinking skills
