Job Responsibilities

Administrative Functions- Ensure all team members adhere to the standard operating procedures and policies.- To be receptive to customers' feedback with due patience and diligence.-
- Ensure smooth running of the Centre and its day-to-day operations.- Always maintain the cleanliness of working areas.

Departmental Functions- Ensure to provide excellent service to customers in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner.- Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor/ manager and head of department.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification- Minimum O level, Diploma or equivalent

Other Prerequisites- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent command of English and/or one other language a plus.- Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude- Proactive, independently with good communication skills.- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.- Possess a pleasant personality, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.- Able to handle onsite and phone calls of customers' enquiries.- Perform administrative and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.- Willing to work any day of the week and any shift, long hours when necessary.
