Roles & Responsibilities

**Monday - Thurs 8:00am -6:00pm, friday 8am-5pm**
**Salary : $1800-2500**
**Location: Senoko**

**Job Scope**
- Manage and communicate with customers and business partners to achieve profitable deals and fulfill service delivery
- Daily update shipments information into Key field system and customers
- Preparation of documents for import, export and LCL job (DO, WO, Payment)
- Assists in shipping procedures and documentation
- Ensure correct and timely billing to customers
- Provide responsive customer service and resolving customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Planning operation job schedule and keep track job done daily
- Follow up with the relevant party on documents, receipt and photos etc. (Customer refund, containers damage photos)
