**Job Description**:
The Logistics Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching finished products. Ensuring that customers' orders are picked and packed correctly. Responsible for housekeeping to ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a clean, neat, safe, and orderly manner.

Essential Job Functions / Duties:
To receive inbound shipment in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established procedures, including:
- Unloading from trucks
- Unstuffing of containers
- Segregation of inbound shipment for checking
- Checking on the quality and quantity of inbound shipment
- Timely and proper put-away of inbound shipment received.
- Administrative tasks such as scanning inbound documents into the shared folder

To process outbound shipment in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established procedures, including:
- Picking and packing of goods based on the order request
- Physical transfer/Handover of completed order to transport team for segregation.
- Administrative task such as scanning of outbound documents into shared folder/WMS.

To perform system transaction (GR/GI) in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- To perform cycle count and stocktake
- To operate equipment at operator level, including:
- To perform daily housekeeping
- Keep a clean and safe working environment
- Optimise space utilisation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Supervisor such as redeployment to support other sites to meet operational needs
- Assist in perpetual and annual stock takes.
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to to support a safe working environment including safe operations of equipment.
- To ensure daily and monthly KPIs / targets are met
- Ensure compliance with Company’s project, operational, quality, regulatory, and HS&E (Health, Safety, Environment) standards, including ISO 9001, OSHAS 14000 requirements

Job Requirements:

- GCE ‘N’/’O’/’ITE’ or it's equivalent
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in a warehouse environment
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Proficiency in Computer Skills
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Possess forklift license
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Able to work overtime if needed
- 5.5 days work week
