Customer Service Officer

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle front office reception and administration duties
- Greet customers and answer to all customer's enquiries
- Competent in handling calls and WhatsApps messages with customers and clients
- Perform scheduling appointment calendar and sending appointment reminders to customers
- Generating and compiling daily sales target
- Perform cashiering duties such as payment collections and receipts
- Assist in follow-up of on-going in-house promotions and activities
- Can multi task and work independently with mínimal supervision

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of customer service, front desk or receptionist experience in the Retail Industry
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and usage of iPad
- Passionate and willing to serve customer sincerely and whole-heartedly
- Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
- Cheerful, outgoing personality and self-driven
- Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holiday
