**Project Planning & Control Specialist**:

As a Project Planning & Control Specialist, you will coordinate aspects of the project and support Project Managers in the management and execution of the project. This role is based in Singapore. Reporting to Region Head Asia Pacific and India Markets, you will be monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conducting analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project Planning & Controls Manager and preparing materials for and assists in project reviews.
- Updating project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems.
- Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
- Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer.

**Your background**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience working in similar field.
- Bachelor of Degree or Diploma is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and able to work well under pressure.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization and time management skills.
- Positive thing with excellent communication skills.
