**Role and Responsibilities**:
1. Managing a cleaning team and overseeing cleaning operations to ensure smooth cleaning operations daily.
2. Manage cleaning schedule with the cleaning team and inspect work done by cleaners to maintain cleaning standards.
3. Implementing work plans
4. Checking cleaning equipment condition
5. Responding to incidents and emergencies promptly.
6. Reporting any matters/feedback to the condo management when necessary.
**Requirements**:
1. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred.
3. Prior experience in condo facility cleaning will be an added advantage.
