**Job Summary**:
Responsible for maintaining materials and stock, and communicating with customers, stakeholders, and other departments to resolve issues.

**Responsibilities**:
Documentation & System Updates
- Updates and closes shipment orders in a timely fashion
- Receives, distributes, and tracks daily shipments and tracks duration of how long materials are in storage

Shipping & Receiving
- Maintains records of materials received and shipped; rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary and notifying appropriate stakeholders

Problem Solving
- Works with customers and other departments to escalate and resolve shipping and receiving issues

Inventory Management
- Maintains appropriate consumable stock levels (e.g. cable connectors, ordering materials at specified minimums)

Equipment
- Manages stored and/or abandoned equipment

Data Centre Support
- Removes/disposes of all packing material from the Data Centre

**Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of warehouse experience preferably in the Data Centre/IT industry
- Diploma in any relevant field
