**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the credit card business, aligning with the bank’s overall objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card products, from initial concept through to market launch and ongoing management.
- Establish and oversee credit strategy and underwriting processes, ensuring robust credit risk management.
- Drive the development of innovative credit card products tailored to the needs of the emerging markets.
- Build and maintain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product development, technology, risk, and marketing to ensure cohesive and successful product delivery.
- Leverage data analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions, optimize credit performance, and enhance customer experience.
- Develop and implement a scalable tech stack to support the digital card business, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

**You will have**
- Extensive experience in credit card product management and development, particularly in emerging markets.
- Strong background in credit strategy, credit risk management, and business-focused financial services.
- Proven track record of leading a credit card team from zero to one, demonstrating deep understanding and hands-on involvement in all stages of product development.
- Background in analytics, engineering, or product development is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of building and implementing technology stacks to support digital card businesses.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
