**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with talented art, code, and design teams to create concepts, digital game assets, environments, gameplay objects, and promotional imagery.
- Help establish an art style or help refine and maintain consistency of an established visual direction.
- Help create or refine 2D artwork pipelines to facilitate ongoing content updates.
- Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve visual quality and gameplay experience collaborating with the wider team where necessary.
- Drive marketing materials to communicate the artistic vision to stakeholders
- Provide accurate time estimates for tasks and meet production deadlines.
- Help guide and educate others in digital art techniques.

**Experience And Qualifications**
- BA degree in art media, graphic design or equivalent relevant experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your refined digital painting and illustration skills for game assets, BG, UI, and concept.
- 6+ years of relevant experience at Mobile / videogame development studio/s.
- Can adapt your style and technique to suit the requirements of mobile game development.
- A strong understanding of composition, color, lighting, perspective UX, and UI.
- Know how to work effectively within a team and technical parameters.
- Have a proven aesthetic eye, Detail sensitivity, and strong design sensibilities.
- Have a passion for the game industry and an understanding of market trends and styles.
- Can work well under pressure, able to work on multiple projects in parallel.
- Have experience of Adobe products like Photoshop. Illustrator etc.
- Love managing/supporting/mentoring the fellow artists

**Bonus Experience**
- An understanding of Unity3D’s pipeline for assets integration
- 3D modeling skills in 3D Max, Maya, or equivalent.
- Ability to bring game objects to life through animation or visual effects using Spine
