**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
We are seeking an energetic, forward thinking professional to join our Information Technology group in our IT Risk Management and Security (ITRMS) organization. As part of the global Cybersecurity Engineering (CE) Client Services team, this position is responsible for the support of product user experience, awareness, and adoption of portfolio initiatives, and facilitate changes and trainings during product implementation phases in the regions.
**Primary Job Activities include**:
Execute Cybersecurity Product Engagement plans and achieve functional objectives
- Participate and contribute to cross-functional teams, developments, and activities.
- Experimentation and innovation create re-usable product release standards, processes & procedures which are business-centric, focused on value.
Support and facilitate CE product engagements and experiences
- CE product lines include Identity and Access Management, Data & Systems Protection, Network Security, Security Analytics, Cloud Security and Application Security.
- Contribute to awareness and training plans, engage technical engineers, and communicate plans and processes in supporting engineering projects. Solicit and capture feedbacks so to improve user experience and adoption rates.
Participate in vendor and technology assessments, including proof of concept and stakeholder requirements to drive positive user experience for new CSE capabilities
Leadership
- Foster collaboration, listen and learn from stakeholders and people with different cultures across functional areas.
- Articulate business use cases related to Cybersecurity Engineering products and services. Provide guidance on business requirements and work with engineering teams to implement the solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership quality in working and communicating with functional and cross-functional teams in different geographical region, achieving shared objectives.
- Organize, manage, and deliver on assignments in a timely manner.
- Act with courage and candor, demonstrate a high level of ethics and integrity, drive results, foster collaboration and make rapid and disciplined decisions
Competencies
- Assess gaps in services and define delivery performance metrics, capture user experience data and types of user responses, propose strategies to improve product adoptions
- Develop awareness or training security materials and manage delivery of security activities and programme according to plan.
- Propose strategic initiatives to engage business units across the organization so to realized benefits, increase security awareness and product adoptions.
**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
**Education Minimum Requirement**:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent is required.
**Required Experience and Skills**:
- At least three (3) years of experience in risk management and IT security and/or regulated or compliance environment.
- Good understanding and experience in Digital Identity Life Cycle and Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security or Application & Cloud Security Understands System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Relevant certification credentials are advantages.
- Information Security (CSX, CISA, CISM CRISC, CISSP and GIAC) and
- Agile (Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner)
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or formal course work / training in project management.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 or NIST standards and applicability in large scale environments.
- Ability to work independently and as team player in a fast-paced environment. Ability to navigate cross-culturally with wide array of stakeholders, internally and externally.
- Good collaboration skills and communications skills. Highly organized and capable of working with attention to detail in a short timeframe.
- Besides English, fluent in spoken or written Chinese and/or Japanese is advantages.
- Natural curiosity and open to new ideas and challenges.
