Building on more than five decades of experience and expertise, NTUC Health is among the largest senior day care, nursing home, and home personal care providers in Singapore. We also offer other services for seniors such as active ageing centres, community support for vulnerable seniors, and a sheltered senior group home. In addition, we run a chain of dental clinics and a family medicine clinic.

DESIGNATION : Senior Associate, Designer and Videographer (Brand Custodian) - 1 year contract

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will be responsible for producing creative, high-quality visual content, including graphic designs, videos, and animations, to support our communication and marketing initiatives and enhance our brand identity. Additionally, you will serve as the brand custodian, ensuring that we communicate our brand consistently through our design and visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging video content for social media platforms and corporate events.
- Support development of brand assets such as the design of physical and outdoor premises
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in style, tone, and visual identity.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure deliverables meet brand standards.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in design, videography, and brand identity to continuously elevate the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.
- Any ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through compelling visuals and video content.
- Familiarity with brand strategy and brand identity guidelines, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
