Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner
- Assist customers with requests in-store and over the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
- Manages financial transactions.
- Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Stamp, mark, and tag prices on merchandise
- Contribute to team's daily sales goals
**Other Requirements**:

- Minimum N Levels required
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience or customer service experience
- Available to work long hours, on weekends and public holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Telephone etiquette
- Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
- Basic math skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated selling skills
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
