
Credit Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for daily credit account duties and ensuring record and systems comply with the Company’s policies and related statutory requirements.
- Manage and lead a team to ensure day to day Credit management roles are fulfilled.
- Verification, approving and responding timely to evaluation of the creditworthiness of the customers
- Review and update the company’s credit policy when necessary
- Attend to calls and walk-in guests
- Manage a panel of Collection Agencies
- Allocate accounts to Collection Agencies according to guidelines
- Conduct Collection Agencies’ review upon returned of accounts
- Manage all accounts in arrears effectively
- Monitor credit accounts and review delinquent accounts to recommend follow-up actions
- Negotiate with customers on repayment terms and handle enquiries on payment related matters
- Perform credit portfolio analysis and recommend collection strategy
- Participate in system upgrading and testing
- Any other duties as assigned
**Educational Requirements**:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- At least 5 Years of working experience as a credit manager, credit analyst, or similar roles
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central would be an added advantage.
- Credit Management experience

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
