About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Associate Auditor to perform a comprehensive internal audit of our organization's Process Safety Management (PSM) system. This role focuses on evaluating compliance with the Center for Chemical Process Safety’s (CCPS) 20 Risk-Based Process Safety (RBPS) Elements, identifying areas for improvement, and driving recommendations to strengthen operational risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct audits aligned with the CCPS Risk-Based Process Safety framework.
- Assess organizational processes, procedures, documentation, and personnel practices.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and implementation of PSM elements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in process safety practices.
- Prepare and present detailed audit reports, including actionable recommendations.

**Key Requirements**
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in conducting PSM audits, preferably in line with CCPS RBPS Elements.
- Technical Expertise:

- In-depth knowledge of PSM systems and relevant regulatory standards in Singapore.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and risk management frameworks.
