As a Biotechnologist (Upstream) at Lonza Mammalian business, you’ll be part of our globally recognized network, driving the production of mammalian cell culture and treatments. **What you’ll do**:

- Support upstream GMP manufacturing operations including subculture stages (culture flasks, spinners, wave bioreactors, etc.).
- Operate bioreactors at small and large scale, including pH/DO, CO₂/O₂ control, cell performance monitoring, and metabolite analysis.
- Support cleaning and sterilization cycles, ensuring equipment readiness and compliance with microbial control standards.
- Maintain facility and lab standards in a cleanroom environment, including 6S housekeeping.
- Complete required process documentation including SOPs, logbooks, and batch records.
- Perform duties in a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Degree in a related Science/Engineering discipline.
- Knowledge of biopharmaceutical processing is an added asset.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and on a rotating 12-hour shift pattern.
