Senior Specialist, Brand Marketing

Do you live and breathe advertising campaigns, and have a never-ending love for brand development? If you are, you could be the Senior / Specialist, Brand Marketing we are looking for. As part of the Brand team, you will be a key member responsible for building Scoot's brand through effective and creative campaigns that span across paid and owned channels, to bring Scoot's business ambition to life.
**Job Description**:
Job Descriptions:
- Brand Marketing, Governance and Custodianship_- Leading campaigns aligned to Scoot's brand narrative, alongside evolving the brand identity and assets- Directing in-market teams and other departments in maintaining a clear tone-of-voice in all of Scoot's communications and marketing- Driving marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments, leading the execution of marketing programmes from start to finish, leveraging internal support and spearheading collaboration between departments including Network Planning, Revenue Management, Digital Experience- Identifying effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis for optimization, where appropriate- Managing and maintaining project and team budgets- Overseeing project timelines and implementation dates, ensuring timely delivery of all projects as planned
- Social Media Management_- Overseeing content strategy, creation and execution for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and Twitter- Management of China's always-on strategy, working closely with in-market leads and agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging- Providing social media promotional support for internal teams e.g. cabin services or network planning
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Communications- Work experience: 3-5 years of direct experience in brand and communications, in a creative agency or on the client front.- Regional/ multi-market experience- Experiences in aviation industry are advantageous
