- The primary responsibility of this position will be to design intuitive, elegant user experiences and in-line with current design trends and concepts, delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Interpret business needs into effective visual communication tools.
- Take charge of the user research activities inclusive of participatory design sessions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Translate high-level objectives and design principles into visual design/prototype.
- Rapidly develop behavioural prototypes, user flows, final design assets, mock-ups and lightweight design specifications.
- Be an advocate for interaction design best practices with a focus on consistency and usability.
- A clear understanding of accessibility (contrast, font size, colour, touch, and more) to achieve AA levels.
- Make data-informed product design decisions and ideations to create the best user experience.
- Create project timelines and prioritize current projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle, design principles and process.
- Must be organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience working with web and mobile apps.
- Excellent eye and visual taste, including a passion for simplicity and a clean, crisp aesthetic.
- Experience in managing stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders about the status
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management.
- Strong business analyst skills.
