Check outgoing stock for delivery according to Delivery Note with Driver
- Pick and pack items according to Picking Notes
- Ensure that all Delivery Note issued are recorded and returned in order with (1) signatures, (2) name of receiver and (3) date of delivery stated clearly and submit to Operations Manager or Foreman
- Arrange for scrap according to scrap list from Management
- Pick items according to packing list, packing of items ready for EXPORT (shipping labels are pasted) and submit Export listing stating the number of pallets, items in the pallets and the country of origin for the items that are non-CN made
- Receiving of goods and ensure they are tally with shipping documents in terms of (1) article # and (2) qty and (3) good quality
- Ensure returned items are in correct order and place in destinated area ready for Operations Foreman or Manager to inspect before place back to store
- Arrange items to ensure full utilization of storage apace
- Prepare the warehouse 2 weeks before annual stock take
- Clear indication between EA and PU
- Clear labelling for special items Sales Order and item number
- Assist Operation Executive, Foreman and Manager to conduct stock taking
- Count items are tally according to Delivery Note. Revert to picker if there is variance

- Load items to truck for delivery
- Delivery of item according to Delivery Note
- Ensure Delivery Notes are sign off and stamp properly by customer and return to Store / Workshop Assistant for recording
- Clean and clear up the vehicle at the end of day
- Report unsafe act and/or any near missed incident/accident while on duty
- Ensure floor lines are clearly visible at all times and make proposal to Operation Executive, Foreman or Manager the need to amend or add new lines within work area
- Ensure warehouse tools, ladders, trolleys, stacker and forklift used in Warehouse are in good working condition and report to Operations Executive, Foreman or Manager for any faults. Submit daily checklist for stacker and forklift to Operations Foreman and Manager
- Ensure the Company Vehicle road worthy at all time
- Perform any related duties as and when directed by Operations Manager, Executive and Foreman
