As a Intern supporting Quality Department, you will be responsible for reviewing the current suppliers (secondary) quality attributes and collect data to support the upgrade of the suppliers from ‘Approved’’ to ‘’Qualified’’ status. Collection of data includes, incoming lots receipt and the quality performances, test results, Supplier non-conformances and supplier audit and CAPAs overview and Routine Supplier monitoring.
Major accountabilities
- To develop Supplier NC SOP and establish threshold- Reviewing supplier quality attributes results, supplier quality documents to support supplier certification program for chemical and packaging component suppliers.- Support activities related to Supplier certification documents preparation (Forms, SOPs) and administration when required- Update approved supplier lists and supplier quality agreements- Data collection for annual supplier monitoring
Ad-hoc accountabilities
- Support APQR in the generation of reports.- Meet quality objectives set by management & comply to Alcon, QMS and Safety requirements.- Performs any other duties as assigned by Supervisor according to business needs
