**_Job Responsibilities _**
- Provide a good service to all customers.
- Be well informed and knowledgeable on all promotions/product launches or any new developments within the outlet.
- Initiate maintenance of the facilities and equipment of the outlet.
- Close follow-up of all enquiries to ensure they translate into bookings.
- Assist customers in making reservations for treatment and assigns treatments to therapists accordingly.
- Assist in consultation of services and recommendation of treatments and packages.
- Scheduling appointments and ensure appointments start and end on time.
- **Job Requirements**_
- Completion of GCE ‘N’ or GCE ‘O’; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a client facing reception.
- Good level of written and spoken **English** and **Chinese** with strong communication skills.
- Computer literate - experience of working on a computerised booking system a strong advantage.

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
