GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a highly experienced and charismatic individual who is passionate about high performance living, inspiring others as well as themself to be a true ambassador of the Thrive Fitness brand.

This person will make a significant impact in our growing, dynamic organization by bringing an

excellent level and wealth of group fitness knowledge across multiple, global fitness practices to complement Thrive Fitness’ personal training and nutrition programs for its international and local clients.

In addition to leading the Group Fitness program, this person should ideally also have Personal Training and Nutrition certification to be able to effectively guide his/her group fitness clients according to Thrive Fitness’ mission and values with the potential of expanding his/her services across the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Building and leading the group fitness program, staff and operations on behalf of Thrive
- Fitness to ensure the highest level of programming and service
- Supporting Thrive Fitness in achieving its overall goals as an organization
- Recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, directing, coaching and evaluating group fitness instructors and classes
- Ensuring that the group fitness studios are well maintained
- Ensuring a high level of member participation in the group fitness program
- Supporting Thrive Fitness as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach in addition to Group Fitness management

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- International experience across multiple fitness disciplines including, but not limited to aerobics, boxing, bosu, indoor cycling, dance, HIIT, Les Mills training programs, TRX and ViPR
- At least 10 years previous experience in the group fitness industry
- At least 5 years of group fitness management experience
- Experience with coaching, training and mentoring aspiring new coaches
