
Assistant Manager, Performance

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance & Rewards (Medical), the incumbent will work closely with the team to manage performance and reward (P&R) matters and related projects for JurongHealth Campus.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Support in the implementation of P&R programmes and initiatives in accordance to NUHS’s policies and directions. This includes day to day management of activities as well as working closely with key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of rewards services to clinicians.
- Administer the Clinician Remuneration Scheme, which involves managing and implementing the new HR IT system and its supporting processes.
- Support change management strategy, communication plans and activities including preparing materials and organising sessions to engage management and staff in the implementation of various rewards policies.
- Support in the project management of end to end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs, working closely with various internal stakeholders.
- Manage meetings and provide secretariat support to various workgroups and work with various internal stakeholders to track progress of activities.
- Plays an advisory role to HR partners and other stakeholders on rewards decisions, policy and guideline.
- Perform basic data analysis and modelling simulate costs and earnings payment impact.
- Generate data from systems and perform computation of payments.
- Prepare reports, papers and presentation materials.
- Participate and support in HR projects and tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR working experience
- Good project management skills and knowledge
- Meticulous with strong analytical and critical thinking proficiency
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment will be an asset
Please note that this is a 2-year contract position.
