_Headstart for Life is an Early Intervention Centre that specializes in providing effective and client centered Early Intervention service to children with developmental challenges. _
- We are looking for a passionate EI teacher that finds fulfillment in working with children with additional needs and journeying with them and their families. _
**Job Scope**:
- Be familiar with the AEPS curriculum and is able to administer the assessment components and record the results prudently.
- Develop effective Individualized Educational Plan (IEP)
- Work together in a transdisciplinary team to implement individualized goals for each child and help each child achieve his/her maximum potential.
- Create lesson plans for group sessions
- Write reports and update progress charts after reviewing and evaluating each child’s progress periodically
- Conduct and facilitate meetings with parents and staff regarding intervention
- Plan, organize and implement field trips and holiday programmes
**Requirements**:
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education/Early Childhood/Early Childhood Intervention
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher/Allied Educator in Learning and Behaviour Support
- Working experience with young children with learning difficulties
- Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess a good command of spoken and written English
