- Assist in tenders e.g. preparing documents for calling of quotations, replying subcontractor’s queries, compare quotations, compiling for submissions, urgent measurements etc
- Arrangement of payments to subcontractors, managing of work allocation to subcontractors
- Perform site visits, assessments and projections for future work
- Experience in closing account and awarding subcontractors preferred.
- Able to write and converse reasonably well in English and Mandarin
- At least 5 year working experience
