**Short Description**:

- Work with Course Chair on the implementation of the Capstone Project.
- Liaise, coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders on the administration of the Capstone Project, including course set up and registration.
- Support examination, assessment and evaluation-related matters.
- Support the administration of the appointment/deployment of supervisors/consultants, etc., and extend academic and administrative services to students.
- Process payment-related matters to stakeholders.
- Update publicity materials relating to Capstone Project.
- Support administrative matters in the department.
- Perform general administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports and information updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support department events and activities, as well as university-wide projects and activities.
- Assist with other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree holder with at least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong coordination, administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and work both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and make work adjustments.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills; and a high level of integrity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
