**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**System Operation**
- Responsible to handle service requests, system support, troubleshooting, and user inquiry
- Quality control for system stability and performance
- Clarify customers' requests and prioritize the tasks
- Conduct user training and create training manuals for power users

**System Development**
- Coding, testing, build, deploy, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software
- Clarify software tasks by analysing requirements and understanding complex activation system features and functionality
- Responsible for system integration testing and user acceptance test

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Proficiency in Korean language in order to liaise with Korean stakeholders
- WEB programming skills of Java, J2EE, Angular, Spring-boot, Spring JPA, Hibernate, and MS SQL
- Experience with web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, WSDL)
- Project/Product Management experience for web system preferred
